Strawberry Milk Matcha

Strawberry Milk Matcha combines the earthy richness of matcha with the sweet freshness of strawberries for a delightful drink. This nutritious beverage is perfect for any time of day, offering a refreshing taste and numerous health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Make the Matcha

  • Start by sifting the matcha powder into a bowl.
  • Next, wet your matcha whisk (or use a regular whisk) and pour the water into the bowl with the matcha.
  • Whisk in a zigzag motion until the tea becomes frothy.

Make the Strawberry Milk

  • In your blender, add the washed and stemmed strawberries, along with the non-dairy milk (I use unsweetened almond milk) and agave or maple syrup.
  • Blend until the milk turns pink!
  • Now, fill your glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry milk into the glass.

Add the Matcha

  • Finally, add the matcha to your glass, stir, and enjoy!
