Strawberry Milk Matcha
Strawberry Milk Matcha combines the earthy richness of matcha with the sweet freshness of strawberries for a delightful drink. This nutritious beverage is perfect for any time of day, offering a refreshing taste and numerous health benefits.
- 2 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- Ice cubes
Make the Matcha
Start by sifting the matcha powder into a bowl.
Next, wet your matcha whisk (or use a regular whisk) and pour the water into the bowl with the matcha.
Whisk in a zigzag motion until the tea becomes frothy.
Make the Strawberry Milk
In your blender, add the washed and stemmed strawberries, along with the non-dairy milk (I use unsweetened almond milk) and agave or maple syrup.
Blend until the milk turns pink!
Now, fill your glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry milk into the glass.
