S’mores Lasagna is a no-bake, layered dessert that combines the best flavors of s’mores in an indulgent and easy-to-make form. With layers of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, it's a perfect treat for any occasion, customizable to suit your tastes.

- Cooking spray
- 2 3.9 oz boxes of instant chocolate pudding
- 3 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup dark or Dutch process cocoa
- 2 7.5 oz jars of marshmallow crème
- 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers plus 1/2 cup lightly crushed for topping
- 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 16 oz container of Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce
- 2 Hershey's bars broken into small pieces
Step 1
Lightly spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and cocoa powder. In another large bowl, beat the marshmallow crème and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Layer the bottom of the prepared baking dish with graham crackers. Spread half of the marshmallow mixture over the graham crackers and sprinkle with 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Then, spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the marshmallows. Repeat the process, layering the remaining graham crackers, marshmallow mixture, 2 cups of mini marshmallows, chocolate pudding, and dark chocolate chips.
Step 4
Once the lasagna has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the top. Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave until it's just pourable, but not too hot, then pour it evenly over the lasagna.
