Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cake flour*
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup finely ground walnuts optional
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 additional egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C) and lightly grease and flour an 8½-inch (22 cm) loaf or cake pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, mini chocolate chips, and ground walnuts.
  • In a separate bowl, gently whisk the vegetable oil, sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and egg yolk until smooth and well combined.
  • Using a spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until the flour is fully incorporated—be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving. Enjoy!
