Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge
Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge is a fun and simple treat that combines creamy chocolate, marshmallows, and dried fruit for a delightful, no-bake dessert. Customize it with your favorite fruits or nuts, and enjoy a colorful and sweet indulgence that everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 - 16 oz container of vanilla frosting
- 2 cups of mini fruit-flavored marshmallows divided
- ½ cup of sprinkles divided
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
- In a large pan over low to medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy. It should be thick, not runny.
- Remove the lid from the frosting and microwave it for 30 seconds. Pour the melted frosting into the pan and stir until everything is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Quickly stir in 1 ½ cups of marshmallows and half of the sprinkles. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
- Top the fudge with the remaining ½ cup of marshmallows and sprinkles. Allow it to set completely before cutting it into squares.
