Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • optional ½ cup plain vanilla dairy-free yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on HIGH, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth.
  • If necessary, add additional splashes of unsweetened almond milk to thin it out.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serving: This recipe makes one large smoothie, which can easily be divided into two smaller smoothies.
Collagen: You can add a scoop of your favorite collagen or protein powder if desired.
Honey: If you prefer a sweeter taste, feel free to add about a teaspoon of honey.
Dragonfruit: I purchased pre-frozen dragonfruit from Target.
