- 1 cup of milk
 - 1 cup of frozen blueberries
 - ¼ cup of old-fashioned oats
 - 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds optional
 - 1 tablespoon of light brown sugar optional
 - ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
 - ¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
 
 
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or drink mixer and blend until smooth.
