Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups cooked and shredded chicken *or diced cooked chicken
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups uncooked minute rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, and salt and pepper.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the chicken and rice mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
