- 2-3 cups cooked and shredded chicken *or diced cooked chicken
- 1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, and salt and pepper.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Pour the chicken and rice mixture into the prepared pan.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
