- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
- 1 cup ranch-style salad dressing such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, lightly pounded to an even thickness
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place the bread crumbs and ranch dressing in separate bowls.
Dip each chicken breast into the ranch dressing, then press it into the bread crumbs to coat. Gently shake off any excess crumbs. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
