Total Time 27 minutes mins
- 16 ounces Polish sausage kielbasa, or your choice of rope sausage or link sausages
- ½ large yellow or white onion sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 3 bell peppers any color combination, seeds and stems removed, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Place the sliced sausage, chopped peppers, and chopped onions into a large bowl. Add the seasonings and oil, then use tongs or two large spoons to toss everything together until the sausage and peppers are evenly coated.
Transfer the sausage and peppers into your air fryer basket or air fryer rack. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches. While the sausage and peppers don’t need to be in a single layer, they shouldn’t be stacked too high either.
Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, tossing with tongs halfway through. If you prefer the sausage or peppers to be crispier, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Once done, carefully remove the mixture from the air fryer. Season with extra garlic, salt, and pepper if desired before serving.
