Seafood Mac and Cheese

Ingedients :

  • 2 cups of dry Macaroni
  • 6 oz. Claw Crab Meat
  • 8 oz. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 8 oz. block Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz. block Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Salt, Black Pepper, to taste

Directions :

Preheat broiler to 350°.

Strip and de-vein shrimp if necessary.

Cook the macaroni as indicated by bundle headings. Channel well.

Spot depleted macaroni in an enormous blending bowl.

Add the sharp cream, mix together well, until all noodles are covered.

Add the crab meat, mix well.

Finely slash the green onion. Put Away.

Mesh the white cheddar. Put away.

Mesh the mozzarella cheddar. Put away.

Dissolve the spread in a medium pan, or skillet.

Add the shrimp. Turn and mix shrimp until daintily done.

Eliminate shrimp from dish. Hack somewhat when cooled. Add to the macaroni blend.

Add the finely slashed onions to the pan, sauté until delicate.

Sprinkle flour over onions and blend well. Let cook and brown for around one moment.

Gradually add the milk, blending continually until the combination starts to thicken.

Progressively add the ground Cheddar Cheese, mixing continually until cheddar softens.

Pour cheddar blend over the macaroni and fish combination. Mix well to consolidate.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spot the combination in a very much buttered heating dish.

Sprinkle top with ground mozzarella cheddar.

Sprinkle bread pieces on top of the mozzarella cheddar.

Sprinkle daintily with Paprika, to add tone.

Heat at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until softly seared on top.

Notes:

Utilize your #1 mixes of fish to make this dish.

In the event that you like your macintosh and cheddar somewhat creamier, add one more half cup of milk to the formula while adding the dissipated milk.
