  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Marinade :

  • 16oz of buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • Healthy pour of some hot sauce that you like (I used Franks for this one)

Instructions :

The trick to making the chicken super crispy is add about 3 tablespoons or so of the marinade into the flour dredge and work it in with your fingertips.

It’ll make tiny little clumps and pellets that will give your chicken that super craggy texture you’re looking for.

Then I just pounded a chicken thigh thin, griddled up some texas toast with butter and added some shaved iceberg and pickles to the sandwich with a healthy drizzle of the comeback sauce on top.

I HOPE YOU’LL ENJOY THE RECIPE !!
